How do I Join?
1. Choose a character from the Remaining Characters list.
2. Send the RP a note (please type the subject like this: "Application: Badou Nails", it will help me to categorize the notes) filling out the form below:

a) Which character do you want?:
b) Why do you want to role-play as this character?:
c) Do you really think that you can role-play this character?:
d) Describe this character using your own words in more than 3 sentences (but less than 5):
e) Show me (please write a monologue (it should be a paragraph, meaning 4 or 5 lines at least), any subject will be accepted):
f) How many times a week you think you could check your comments?:
g) Do you agree with the rules? (Yes/No):
h) Do you have any ideas concerning the character you wish to role-play as?:

As for the OC applications...

3. Please do not create an account before receiving the note indicating your acceptance in the RP. If ever you do create an account before we have seen your note, that note will be automatically rejected.
4. Once you’re in, you have one week to an introduction journal and a webcam/ID. When you haven’t done those stated above, you will not be able to participate in the chat room unless you have done the said things.
5. If we find your activity marked as “invisible”, we will be reminding you via note and will wait for a week for you to change it. If you haven’t changed your activity status, you will be removed from the RP resulting for that character you’ve applied as to be moved back to the “Remaining Characters” list.
6. After everything is ready, the club will add you to the character list and you'll get your icon at this point. We have the guidelines for the icons below so if you want to do it yourself, read the guidelines below.

P.S.Listing the rest of the members in your journal is not required. Doing so would make you update often and I think that’s honestly tiring. I am trying my best to list down every member in the Member List so I suggest that you just link back to the Headquarters.

ICON GUIDELINES :

Your icon should be an art from the manga. For the OCs, feel free to use your own drawings.

Your icon must have a 1px black border.

On the upper left corner of the icon, please put the character's name or nickname (font size 7, Arial Narrow, 1px black border).

If you'd like to change your icon, I don't mind. As long as it still has that 1px black border, and the character's name or nickname (font size 7, Arial Narrow, 1px black border).

MONOLOGUE GUIDELINES :
-This is for those who would like to apply for a character. If you’re already part of the RP, pay no attention to this.

Please avoid using the “fanfiction” type monologue as much as possible. Though I’m not saying it is prohibited, I’d approve of your monologue much more if you would minimize the sentences and more of the talking. An example of the “fanfiction” style is this one:

The girl with brown hair sighed. It had been a long time since she saw her brother and she did not want a repeat of what happened to both of them two years ago. She sighed again as they viewed the airplane descending. In a few minutes, she and her brother would be reunited again and she would have to fake a lot of smiles again.

If you need a topic for the monologue, do indicate it in the note in the monologue part. We will be waiting for a week and will reserve that character (if ever we accept the rest your application excluding the monologue part) for you. If you do not submit the monologue within that period of time, the character will be up for application. Feel free to apply for him or her again if that’s the case.

I did say avoid the “fanfiction” style but do remember that I said “as much as possible”. I’m not entirely discouraging it. I just don’t like to see the monologue consisting mostly of the “fanfiction” style. Put more of the character talking about something or to someone. Here’s an example:

The girl with brown hair sighed. Another example would be this one:

I know I’m not good so don’t comment about the story. Moving on, I’d prefer if you sent something like that. As you can see, it has more words than the action and it shows more of the character’s personality. Plus, it’s actually 4-5 lines, no? This is a role-play and according to my research, most of the characters talk in role-plays so be good boy/girl and do what you are told to do. *pets you*

Once again, reduce the usage of fanfiction and talk some more please.

The only time I’m allowing the usage of the “fanfiction” style without talking in a monologue is when the character you’re applying for is the silent type. Other than that, don’t use it that much.

General RP Rules
1. Do link to the HQ on your journal or signature.
2. Keep the accounts active! How does one or two times for 2 weeks sound? Let’s say that we call you on inactivity, and you have been active, please show a link, thread, or picture (basically, show us proof) that you’ve been active. If the proof has not been laid out on the table by 3 days, we will automatically remove you from the members list.
3. If you're going on a hiatus, please inform people by mentioning it in your journal. Don't forget to tell how long you will be gone. If you do not know how long you would be gone, indicate that it is an indefinite hiatus. Once you’ve done the journal entry, we shall be adding you to the Those on Hiatus list by the Member List section.
4. As of now, only two Canon and OC character are allowed per person. DON’T EVEN TRY AND FAKE AN ACCOUNT. If I find out that you’re the one using the other account as a different persona, your character and the one being used by the other “you” shall automatically be removed from the Member List.
5. Use proper spelling and grammar please. I liek nt ppl typng liek ds.
6.Again, please make your activity visible. If you don’t do this, we will warn you in a note. If you still haven`t changed your activity after a weeks of being issued the warning, we will automatically remove you from the members list.
7. Be nice to others! We don't like drama in the RP. If something or someone is bothering you, feel free to note the HQ, and we'll try our best to sort things out.
8. Once you make your account, please send in the account information to the HQ (i.e. account name and password), so that, if ever you give up your account, the next RPer will simply log in and use the old one. This will help reduce the amount of accounts on DeviantArt’s database.
9. Character reservations are allowed for only for a week depending on your reason.
10 Only official pairings are allowed! You can mention the others but please don’t let it be too obvious. We may change this rule but for now, we’re sticking to the “only official pairings are allowed"

RULES: For Canon Caracters

2. Only official pairings are allowed! You can mention the others but please don’t let it be too obvious.

8. I am allowing you to get at least two characters at the moment. But it depends on your first character's monologue. And your behavior. If you're good enough to RP the character, I'll give it to you. And only if you're followng the rules. If you're monologue is not good enough and if you're not following the rules, I'd have to give that character to someone else.
9. Please do not make your activity invisible.
10. Type in your words correctly. I dnt lyke wrds dat r typed lke dis, okay? In short, use correct grammar and spelling!

RULES: For the OC's
1. You can’t go and act like the canon characters already knew your character. Nor they could be related to the canon characters. You should introduce your character to them first.
2. Never ever forget to submit an introduction journal just like the rest of the team. OC introductions are really important because we don’t know anything about them. Please don’t let your OCs be too cliché. Use your imagination! Determine which characters you want to role-play with and choose your character;’ersonality according to them.
5. I will only accept your OC if you submit the proper application form. I will not provide you an application skeleton because we need to see that you really thought about the details and story of your OC. Do not forget the monologue and the character’s personality in your application.
6. You can only have two OCs until we moderators say you can have more than two. You can still RP two more canon characters.
7. You can't pair up your OCs with the canon characters unless we and that canon character a yes.
8. Please, please please no Mary-sues or Gary-sues. Let's not make our characters super duper beautiful, smart, and everyone-loves-them characters. At least give them some flaws to make them realistic. If you make them like that, it will overshadow the canon characters a lot and we don’t like that happening here in this RP.
